Terms of use

These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the Site https://ecotourismdestinations.net published by ENN CONSULTING. They are supplemented by the Legal notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTU. If you do not accept any one of the provisions, you must not use the Site.

Access to the Site is open and free of charge for any user with Internet access. The costs relating to access to the Site (connection, hardware, software) are borne exclusively by the User.

ENN CONSULTING reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or modify access to the Site at any time, in particular for maintenance reasons, without notice or compensation.

The User undertakes to:

• provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in the forms;
• use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose and with the legislation in force;
• not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or with the rights of other users;
• respect the intellectual property rights attached to the Site.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation, the consumer User has a period of 14 days in which to exercise their right of withdrawal where a contract is concluded at a distance, without having to give reasons or pay penalties (subject to statutory exceptions).

This right is exercised with the partner with which the User concluded the contract. As ENN CONSULTING is not a party to that contract, the withdrawal request must be addressed directly to the partner concerned.

The User is solely responsible for the information they submit via the Site and for the decisions they take on the basis of the information provided by the Site or its partners. ENN CONSULTING shall in no event be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the User.

The User may stop using the Site at any time, without notice. They may also request the deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

ENN CONSULTING reserves the right to amend these GTU at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the Site is used. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.

These GTU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer User may have recourse to consumer mediation (see Legal notice). Failing that, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or, in the alternative, those of Créteil / Paris, have jurisdiction.
